Kathleen is a litigation associate in Lawson Lundell’s Yellowknife office, with a practice focusing on civil litigation as well as labour and employment.
Kathleen joined the firm following completion of her articles with the Government of the Northwest Territories Department of Justice and Legal Aid Commission.
In 2020, she completed her law degree at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University where she served as a pro bono student and legal researcher for the Lionel Desmond Fatality Inquiry.
Prior to law school, Kathleen completed a Masters Degree from Dalhousie University, where she conducted research on the provision of mental healthcare to armed forces personnel. Kathleen received her undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s University, where she was a four-time Academic All-Canadian member of the Varsity women’s hockey program.
