“I was drawn to Lawson Lundell LLP by the firm’s breadth of practice areas, excellent reputation, and extensive law library.”

Katherine Neil is an articling student in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell LLP. She is interested in all practice areas, but is particularly drawn to litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Kate obtained her law degree at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This past fall, she researched police board governance and best practices for Pro Bono Dalhousie. Kate is looking forward to being part of the 2021-22 Dalhousie Wilson Moot team.

Prior to attending law school, Kate worked in the not-for-profit arts and culture sector while maintaining a visual art practice. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Emily Carr University of Art and Design, and a Diploma of Art History at the University of British Columbia.
