Claire is an associate in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell and a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, where she practices commercial litigation and administrative law. Claire has experience in a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters and has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia.

Claire received her J.D. from the University of Victoria. During law school, Claire was a finalist in the Canadian Client Consultation Competition and worked for the Commission of Inquiry into Money Laundering in BC.  Prior to her legal career, Claire worked in stakeholder engagement on a major transportation infrastructure project, during which time she worked with a wide variety of municipalities, utility companies and community organizations. She also previously worked for several health authorities as a human resources analyst.
