Anna Jefferson,

Anna Jefferson is a paralegal in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell. Anna joined the firm in 2021 as a paralegal practicum student after the completion of her Bachelor of Legal Studies degree. Following her practicum, Anna joined the Corporate Services department as a corporate paralegal.

Anna's responsibilities include:

• Formation and organization of companies and limited partnerships in British Columbia and other jurisdictions within Canada;
• Corporate transactions including director, officer and shareholder changes, company name changes, registered and records office changes, company restorations and dissolutions;
• Registration of business names in British Columbia and across Canada; and
• Updating and maintaining corporate records.
