Michael Morgan Presents at the CLEBC Commercial Leasing Disputes 2023 Course
Lawson Lundell lawyer Michael Morgan gave a presentation yesterday as part of the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia's (CLEBC) Commercial Leasing Disputes 2023 course. This one-day virtual course provided a comprehensive update on commercial leasing issues.
The course covered a range of topics, beginning with a review of the commercial context of lease remedies followed by a series of experts providing practical guidance on how to deal with common problems encountered by landlords and tenants. Mike gave a presentation on 'Abandonment of the Premises by the Tenant' and participated in a panel discussion on 'Putting the Concepts into Practice.'
