The Law Reviews

Lawson Lundell lawyers Michael J. Donaldson, KC, and Rosemary Gregg have written the Canada chapter of The Global Damages Review published this week.

Now in its fifth edition, The Global Damages Review surveys the rules and common law principles underpinning the analysis and presentation of damages in key jurisdictions globally. The Canada chapter of the review covers the quantification of financial loss, the use of expert evidence, and an analysis of recent Canadian case law.

This guide is published by The Law Reviews, which provides in-depth analysis of global legal issues, written by thought leaders at the world’s top law firms.
