Lawson Lundell is delighted to welcome Stephen Hedley as an associate in the Vancouver office. Stephen is a member of the Firm's China Group with a practice focused on corporate and commercial matters, including lending and debt financing transactions, real estate acquisition and development, private mergers and acquisitions as well as drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate and commercial documents.

Stephen will add further depth to the Firm's established China Group as they continue to assist clients with inbound investments into Canada as well as Canadian clients looking to do business in China. The Group's familiarity with both markets allows them to provide strategic advice when navigating the challenges and opportunities presented by doing business in both jurisdictions.
