Angela Wong Speaks at Calgary Pride’s #ProudPartners Panel Series
Lawson Lundell Human Resources and Administration Manager, Angela Wong, spoke on Wednesday, September 1, at Calgary Pride’s #ProudPartners Panel series - 'Intersectionality and Employee Resource Groups.' The panelists discussed how they mobilize intersectionality within their organizations in a way that increases employee safety, motivation, innovation, and retention.
The discussion was moderated by Hasina Juma, Director of Organizational Change at Calgary Pride. In addition to Angela (she/her), the panel featured Trevor Pinkster (he/him) from Rogers Communications, Steph Hansen (she/her) from Suncor Energy Inc., and Colin Delaney (he/him) from Imperial Oil Limited.
