Sheila MacPherson Honoured with Presidents' Award for Outstanding Service to the NWT Bar
Lawson Lundell is delighted to announce that Sheila MacPherson has been named the 2021 recipient of the Law Society of the Northwest Territories and the Canadian Bar Association, Northwest Territories Branch (LSNT/CBA-NT) Presidents' award for outstanding service to the NWT bar. The award celebrates excellence in the legal profession in the Northwest Territories, and was presented at the inaugural LSNT/CBA-NT golf tournament on Friday, August 13.
Sheila is the most senior partner in Lawson Lundell's Yellowknife office and has served as its Office Administrative Partner since 2002. Under Sheila's management, the Yellowknife office has grown considerably, making Lawson Lundell one of the largest law firms in the NWT.
Sheila has demonstrated extraordinary leadership throughout her over 30-year legal career, contributing greatly to the local, regional and national legal communities.
