Based in our Kelowna office, Kaley joins our Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Labour, Employment and Human Rights groups, bringing extensive experience and a strong track record of advocacy to the firm and the Okanagan region.

“I’m thrilled to be joining Lawson Lundell LLP. After 15 years practicing in Toronto, I’m especially happy to finally be home in the Okanagan,” Kaley said.

“I feel very fortunate to be joining an exceptional group of lawyers across Western Canada, where I can continue to represent clients in Ontario while also growing the firm’s litigation practice in Kelowna and throughout B.C.’s Interior.”

Known for her dedicated client advocacy, Kaley provides practical solutions and creative litigation strategies, whether in negotiations, mediation, arbitration or trial. She has experience in workplace fitness for duty matters, anti-SLAPP litigation and providing constitutional advice to government entities. In addition to her practice, Kaley is committed to pro bono work, regularly representing civil liberties organizations, journalists and vulnerable youth.
