Benchmark Litigation Recognises Five Lawson Lundell Lawyers in Canada’s 'Top 100 Women in Litigation'

She has been practicing for more than 20 years in dispute resolution and has a broad range of experience on commercial and business dispute matters, working with companies in a wide range of industries, including energy, power, real estate, and technology. 

Amy Nathanson is an experienced and respected civil and commercial litigator specializing in complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Amy has a broad litigation practice with expertise in trust and pension litigation, defamation, class actions, professional regulation, real estate disputes, construction disputes, and shareholder and corporate disputes. 

Nicole Skuggedal practices in all areas of labour and employment law, including advising clients on wrongful dismissal, labour relations, human rights and privacy issues. Nicole has represented clients in matters involving labour arbitrations, labour relations boards, employment standards tribunals, human rights tribunals, privacy commissioners, and has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada.

Marika Strobl’s practice is focused on resolving complex business disputes, with a particular emphasis on the energy and electricity sectors. She advises oil and gas companies, power producers, construction and real estate development firms, insurers, service providers, and boards of directors on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including director and officer liability issues.

Shannon Wray is an innovative and high-performing litigation and regulatory lawyer with over 20 years of experience advising clients on complex commercial and regulatory matters. Her practice focuses on resolving difficult business disputes in the commercial, energy and power sectors.
