Chambers Global Practice Guides - International Arbitration 2024: Trends and Developments

Lawson Lundell lawyers,  Mike Donaldson, KCCraig Ferris, KC, FCIArb., and  Scott Lucyk, FCIArb. have written the Trends and Developments chapter for the Canadian section of the Chambers Global Practice Guides' International Arbitration 2024 publication.

The chapter looks at key areas of change in arbitration in Canada, covering developments in the duty to disclose, arbitral orders, and the arbitrator’s duty to provide reasons responsive to the live or central issues.

Chambers & Partners produce international rankings for the legal industry in 200 jurisdictions. Every year, they publish a series of Global Practice Guides that provide 'expert legal commentary on the main practice areas in key jurisdictions around the world.'
