COVID-19 can Spawn Contractual Issues for Construction

Jack Yong, Partner and Leader of Lawson Lundell’s China Initiative, was quoted in the Journal of Commerce article, “COVID-19 can spawn contractual issues for construction.”

Jack commented on the impact COVID-19 has on the ability of construction sites to complete work, and how the legal concept of a frustrated contract can be used if no progress can be made on force majeure.
