Zander practices corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate procedures. He has experience in a variety of transactions, primarily assisting private companies and private equity funds on share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, reorganizations and financings, as well as corporate structuring and governance matters.
Zander has transactional experience in a number of different industries, including energy, clean and renewable energy, and construction. Zander also regularly drafts, negotiates and advises on a broad range of commercial agreements, including shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, confidentiality agreements, service agreements and supply agreements. He also has experience advising start-ups and entrepreneurs in early-stage matters.
Zander started with Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2015, and joined the firm as an associate following the completion of his articles in 2017.
