Tristan Kimball is an associate in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell LLP and a member of the firm’s Labour, Employment & Human Rights Group. He practices in all facets of workplace law including labour grievances, human rights issues, employment standards complaints, occupational health and safety compliance, workplace bullying and harassment, and workforce hiring and terminations. Tristan has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Tristan graduated from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC where he was a clinician with the UBC Innocence Project, worked for his law school’s Career Services Office, and was awarded the Tracey Gibbs Memorial Scholarship for academic achievement. Tristan began working for Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2024 and joined the firm as an associated following the completion of his articles.
Prior to his legal career, Tristan worked as a program coordinator for at-risk youth in his hometown in Nova Scotia.
