Tanya Chandra is a summer student in Lawson Lundell’s Calgary office. She is interested in exploring multiple practice areas, with a particular emphasis on corporate commercial and tax.
Tanya has experience as a Mathematics Teacher, where she taught Grades 9–12 and developed course content. She also previously worked as a Constituency Assistant and Case Lead for a Member of Parliament, where she managed casework and liaised with government agencies on complex matters.
Tanya is currently working towards her Juris Doctor at the University of Calgary. Prior to attending law school, she completed her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics with High Distinction at the University of Toronto, with double minors in Mathematics and Historical Studies, and was a University of Toronto Scholar Award recipient.
