Preparing and filing estate grant applications for both testate and intestate estates, including resealing estate grants from foreign jurisdictions;
Preparing and filing documents for the registration of estate grants on title to real properties registered in the name of deceased owners in the BC Land Title Office and the BC Manufactured Home Registry; and
Assisting clients with the preparation of executor’s accounting reports and other documents to facilitate distribution of an estate.
