Randy A. Madsen*

Randy's practice is focused exclusively on oil and gas matters. Randy assists clients in due diligence and title opinion preparation in conjunction with the acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas assets, as well as pre-drilling opinions and tenure confirmation in respect of freehold lands. Randy also drafts, interprets and provides advice in respect of various types of earning, operating, pooling and royalty agreements.
