Rachel Hayes

Rachel Hayes is the Corporate Services Manager for the Calgary Corporate Services Department.  Rachel joined Lawson Lundel LLP in 2023.  With over 20 years of experience working in corporate law, she began her career at a local search house and has since worked the majority of her career as a paralegal in the area of corporate services.

In her role as Corporate Services Manager, Rachel provides support to her Calgary team through mentorship, review and development of department procedures, as well as acting as a liaison with the Director of Corporate Services. 

As a paralegal, Rachel’s experience includes minute book review, incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, amendments, dissolutions, extra-provincial registrations, revivals, reinstatements, trade name registrations, partnership registrations, limited partnership registration, limited liability partnership registrations, personal property registrations, searches, and due diligence searches.
