Matt is a summer student in Lawson Lundell’s Vancouver office. He is interested in exploring environmental and Indigenous law, as well as general litigation.
Matt has experience practicing administrative law; prior to law school, he was a licensed paralegal in Ontario and represented the province in property tax appeals. He also worked in real estate and franchise development for a large national restaurant chain based in North Vancouver, and spent some time as a paralegal supporting lawyers with e-discovery, real estate closings, and wills and estates.
Matt is currently working towards his Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria. Prior to attending law school, he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Law at Carleton University.
