She represents companies in complex commercial matters, with a particular focus on oil and gas and energy disputes, construction disputes, securities litigation, contract disputes, and debt claims. Kourtney also has significant experience in e-discovery matters and regularly advises clients on related issues, combining her strategic, client-focused approach with an emphasis on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Kourtney has represented clients before all levels of court in Alberta and the Court of King’s Bench of Saskatchewan. She also has experience in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution, having represented clients in private arbitrations and mediations.
