Kim Cuadra
Kim is a paralegal in the Kelowna office with over nine years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, and in eDiscovery.
Kim specializes in document collection and management, especially identifying, preserving, collecting, reviewing, and producing electronically stored information. She is also experienced in drafting pleadings and application materials, liaising with clients, and preparing materials for examinations, applications, and trials.
Kim has assisted clients in matters before the Human Rights Tribunal, Provincial Court of British Columbia, Supreme Court of British Columbia, BC Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their dog.
