Kiana Froese is a summer student in Lawson Lundell’s Vancouver office. She is interested in exploring various practice areas, with a particular focus on environmental, Indigenous, and labour and employment law.
Kiana has experience working as a caseworker for a not-for-profit legal center. She also has experience working as a geological technician for an early exploration Uranium project in Nunavut. Additionally, she was a project manager for an environmental conservation charity creating job opportunities for youth.
Kiana is currently working towards her Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria. Prior to attending law school, she completed her Bachelor of Commerce with distinction in Legal Studies and a minor in Human Resources from MacEwan University.
In her spare time, Kiana enjoys surfing, skiing, and backcountry camping.
