
Jordan maintains a diverse civil litigation practice, having appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia. His primary areas of focus include real estate litigation, property law disputes, and construction-related matters. He regularly advises and represents clients in challenges to charges on property titles, disputes involving strata bylaws and the winding-up of strata corporations, as well as in negligence claims. In addition to his core areas of focus, Jordan has experience with a wide range of litigation matters and brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to resolving all types of disputes.
Jordan earned his Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. During law school, he represented UBC in the B.C. Law Schools Competitive Moot, served as president of the Sports, Entertainment and Law Society, and captained the UBC Legal Eagles hockey team. Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Jordan worked as a review officer at a provincial statutory agency and completed an externship as in-house counsel at an international financial analytics company.
