Jonathan Andrews

Jonathan practices civil litigation and administrative law. He represents clients in a wide range of constitutional, administrative, and civil disputes. He has experience at all levels of court in British Columbia, in the Federal Court, and in the Manitoba courts, as well as before a variety of administrative tribunals.

Jonathan’s litigation practice spans the public and private law domains. He has considerable experience in constitutional and administrative cases, including cases concerning Charter and Aboriginal rights. He is also experienced and capable in the private law domain, including with contract, tort, and other commercial disputes. Regardless of the subject matter, Jonathan is driven by a consuming passion for the law and for advocacy and is determined to get the best possible result for his clients.

Jonathan obtained his law degree from the University of Manitoba, where he was the recipient of a variety of academic awards. During his studies, he completed a clerkship with the Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench and obtained a certificate of specialization in Environmental and Natural Resource Law from the Allard School of Law. Outside of work, Jonathan prioritizes time in the outdoors and with family.
