Jennifer completed the legal assistant program at SAIT and has over 16 years of experience in the legal industry. Jennifer began her career in litigation before transitioning into corporate law. She has experience completing minute book reviews, incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, amendments, and dissolutions as well as extra-provincial registrations, revivals, reinstatements, trade name/partnership registrations and limited partnership/limited liability partnership filings. She also has experience in personal property registrations and conducting due diligence searches.
