Eryn joined Lawson Lundell in 2025 as a paralegal in the Estate and Wealth Advisory Group. Originally from Calgary, she relocated to British Columbia in 2011, where she refined her focus in corporate and commercial law. Since then, Eryn has developed deep expertise in both British Columbia and Federal corporate law, including incorporations, alterations, annual maintenance, redemptions, dividends, amalgamations, dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions and rectifications. While her practice spans the full spectrum of corporate transactions, she has found a niche in complex, tax-driven corporate reorganizations and wealth preservation planning — where all her favourite areas of practice naturally intersect.
With two decades of experience in the legal industry, Eryn’s core strengths lie in the analysis and execution of corporate restructuring strategies. Whether it’s a straightforward estate freeze, planning for handcuff companies and golden shares, or simplifying complex corporate holdings, Eryn brings strategic insight and precision to every transaction. She also has a strong interest in rectifying corporate records, a discipline that demands both creativity and meticulous attention to detail.
In addition to her transactional work, Eryn is known for helping clients visualize and understand their corporate structures and proposed reorganizations through detailed organizational charts and step-by-step plans.
Outside of the office, Eryn is a retired baker and passionate home chef who loves exploring new destinations. She spends her weekends hiking and paddleboarding on the North Shore with her two dogs — Rumi, a quirky senior pug, and Ollie, a love-bug of a Boston Terrier.
