Emma practices in all areas of labour and employment law. She advises clients on a broad range of workplace matters and works closely with them to develop practical, risk-informed solutions to navigate complex workplace disputes.
Emma earned her J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, she practiced at a national law firm and served as a judicial law clerk to six justices at the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
