Dale advises clients on a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters. Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Dale was in-house Legal Counsel to a large transmission utility where she advised on regulatory requirements for transmission projects. Previously, Dale was Commission Counsel at the Alberta Utilities Commission, where she advised on applications before the Commission.
