Chris is a corporate paralegal. He is responsible for the formation and organization of British Columbia companies as well as the registration of extra-provincial corporations in B.C. His responsibilities extend to helping prepare and file annual maintenance for B.C. companies as well as attending to completing due diligence searches at the request of lawyers in the firm.
Chris has experience dealing with corporate transactions involving director and officer changes, company address updates, registered and records offices changes, limited partnership registrations and business name registrations.
Chris joined the firm in 2023 as a paralegal practicum student after the completion of his Paralegal Diploma, and following the practicum joined the Corporate Services Group as a corporate paralegal.
