Bailey maintains a broad litigation practice. She has experience advising clients on regulatory and administrative law matters in the energy sector, corporate commercial disputes, breach of contract claims, and bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
Bailey has appeared before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Justice. She has also assisted with matters before the Court of Appeal of Alberta and a range of administrative tribunals.
During law school, Bailey participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Bailey practiced with a national law firm.
