Ashley Kalla is an associate in the Vancouver office. Ashley practices in all areas of labour and employment law, including employment standards, harassment and human rights complaints, occupational health and safety compliance, employment and dismissal litigation, and labour grievances. As a member of the firm’s Privacy and Data Management Group, Ashley also has extensive experience assisting businesses with privacy compliance, responding to data access requests, breach response and notification, and risk management. Ashley has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Ashley graduated from the Peter A. Allard School of Law, where she volunteered with Access Pro Bono’s Roster Program. Ashley started at Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2024 and joined the firm as an associate following the completion of her articles.
