Amy’s litigation practice encompasses a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, public law matters, class actions, and appeals. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Court of Appeal for British Columbia.
Amy earned her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, where she received numerous academic awards and distinctions. During law school, she was actively involved in access-to-justice initiatives through the Law Students' Legal Advice Program and Battered Women's Support Services.
Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Amy served as a judicial law clerk to five justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Her clerkship provided valuable insight into judicial decision-making, which informs her approach to advocacy and the resolution of complex disputes.
