Amy
advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on commercial
agreements, financing, and real estate transactions. She has experience
preparing, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial contracts and
guiding clients through lending transactions and related security agreements.
She
also assists clients with real estate matters, including the acquisition, sale,
development, leasing, and financing of real property. Her practice involves
working with businesses and individuals to navigate complex transactions and
ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
Amy joined Lawson Lundell’s Kelowna office as a summer student in 2021 and became an associate after completing her articles in 2023. Before her legal career, she worked in conservation and energy management at an energy utility.
