Amy is serving as Interim Strategic Legal Talent Advisor for Lawson Lundell’s Calgary and Yellowknife offices. In this role, Amy works with individual lawyers and teams to build trust, engagement, culture and performance.
Working closely with the Director of Legal Talent, Amy oversees the recruitment, integration, development, and performance of students and legal professionals.
Amy comes to the role as a lawyer and certified executive coach with a graduate degree in legal education. She has spent much of her career supporting lawyers in their learning, development, career progression, engagement and performance, including many years at a global law firm.
