Rosa Magistrale is a paralegal in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell LLP. She joined the firm in 2015 and has over 6 years of combined experience working in Corporate/Business Law.
Rosa began her career as a legal administrative assistant in 2009 gaining experience working in boutique firms where she was exposed to a broad range of legal fields. She moved into a paralegal role in 2013 with a primary focus in corporate/business law.
Experience
Rosa’s responsibilities include:
- Document drafting for major transaction matters including share and business purchases;
- Restructuring of corporate entities and forming new corporate entities, including companies and limited partnerships;
- Preparing documents for amendments, amalgamations, continuances and dissolutions;
- Minute book reviews; and
- Support for director and officer changes, alterations and extra-provincial registrations.
