Katie practices corporate tax and general corporate and commercial law. She assists clients with a variety of transactions, including share and asset acquisitions, corporate financings and reorganizations, drafts and reviews various commercial agreements and advises on a broad range of tax and corporate matters.
Katie started with Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2023 and joined the firm as an associate following the completion of her articles in 2025. Prior to practicing law, Katie traveled the world as a professional ballet dancer and led a ballet company as its Artistic Director.
