Jessica advises clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and sales, financing, property development, and commercial leasing. With experience handling transactions involving shopping centers, hotels, and other large-scale projects, she is a trusted advisor to her clients, many of whom are developers and landlords. Known for her calm and measured approach, Jessica takes the time to understand each client's unique needs, offering practical and tailored guidance to help them achieve their real estate and business objectives.
Jessica earned her J.D. from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, where she participated in the Walsh Family Law Moot and won the 2nd Best Overall Team Award alongside her teammates. Before joining Lawson Lundell, she completed her articles and practiced in real estate, wills and estates, and general corporate commercial law with a regional firm in the Lower Mainland.
