Jacqueline practices in all aspects of workplace law including hiring and terminations, employment standards complaints, human rights issues and labour grievances. Jacqueline has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Jacqueline graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law where she received the McRuer Scholarship in Administrative Law and the Burgoyne Award of Excellence. Jacqueline started with Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2023 and joined the firm as an associate following the completion of her articles. Prior to joining the firm, Jacqueline spent summers working as a geological assistant at a remote mining camp.
