Inder’s practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including assisting clients with business entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate and not-for-profit governance, and the drafting and review of commercial agreements.
Inder started with Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2023 and joined the firm as an associate upon the completion of his articles in 2025.
