Catherine practices corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on commercial real estate in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. She helps clients across various industries navigate complex northern real estate transactions.
In addition to her real estate practice, Catherine has experience in asset and share acquisitions and dispositions, corporate reorganizations, and construction law.
Catherine also serves as Deputy Law Clerk to the Legislative Assembly of the Northwest Territories, where she maintains a parliamentary law practice.
