Cailey represents clients in a broad range of disputes. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Tax Court of Canada.
Cailey joined Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2023 and joined the firm as an associate following the completion of her articles in 2025.
Cailey obtained her J.D. from Thompson Rivers University where she was named to the Dean’s List and graduated with academic distinction. Prior to attending law school, Cailey completed her Master of Arts at the University of Victoria where she did research in Tanzania, Africa on cultural development and tourism.
