
Abbey focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation, as well as environmental, Indigenous, and regulatory disputes. She has represented clients before the British Columbia Provincial Court and Supreme Court and has experience assisting with commercial arbitrations.
She advises businesses and organizations on complex litigation matters, drawing on her background in both corporate disputes and regulatory challenges. Her experience includes working with clients across industries navigating commercial conflicts, compliance issues, and Indigenous law matters.
Abbey joined Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2022 and became an associate after completing her articles in 2024. She earned her J.D. from Thompson Rivers University, where she served as Co-President of the Society of Law Students and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada. Before law school, she completed a B.Sc. in Criminal Justice at Adelphi University in New York while competing as an NCAA Division II softball player.
