Bryan acts mainly for institutional lenders and other creditors regarding insolvency matters, including reorganizations under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, security realization and creditor remedies. He also acts for accounting firms in their role as bankruptcy trustees, receivers and monitors in reorganizations.
