Biography

Kate is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, where she practices commercial litigation. Kate started with Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2020 and joined the firm as an associate in 2022.

Kate has experience in a broad range of litigation matters. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and Provincial Court of British Columbia.

Kate obtained her J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law where she was a caseworker with the UBC Innocence Project and a clinician with the Law Students Legal Advice Program. She received the Arthur Close, Q.C. Prize in Advanced Legal Research and the Joan Joyce Carter Memorial Scholarship for academic achievement.
