Tolek M. Strukoff

Tolek has experience working for public and private companies on a variety of transactions, including asset and share acquisitions and dispositions, reorganizations, public and private offerings and various other corporate proceedings.

Tolek joined Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2007, became an articled student in 2008, and joined our Corporate and Commercial Law Group following the completion of his articles with the firm.
