Sarah J. Nelligan

Sarah joined Lawson Lundell in 2008 as an articled student. Having completed her articles with the firm, Sarah now works as an Associate in our Insolvency and Restructuring Group.

Sarah assists clients in a variety of insolvency matters and related proceedings. Sarah also routinely appears before the British Columbia Supreme Court and British Columbia Provincial Court acting for clients, including major banks and other financial institutions, in debt recovery, security realization, and foreclosure matters.
