Janine F. Jones

Janine began working for Lawson Lundell in 2008 and joined the corporate and commercial group following completion of her articles in 2010.

Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Janine worked as a corporate/commercial solicitor in England, UK.

Janine practices corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on incorporations, corporate maintenance, due diligence and drafting a variety of corporate contracts and agreements.
