Lawson Lundell Names New Partners


Lawson Lundell LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Kimberley Robertson and Mark Fancourt-Smith into the partnership on January 1, 2013.

Kimberley Robertson practices insolvency and restructuring law representing debtors, creditors and court officers on the various issues that arise with respect to restructurings,
receiverships, bankruptcies, proposals and workouts, and remedies including enforcement of judgments and security realization.

Mark Fancourt-Smith practices commercial litigation encompassing a broad range of commercial disputes including technology and intellectual property litigation, protection of trade secrets, breaches of fiduciary obligation, and fraud. He has particular experience with injunctions, trade-mark protection, mining disputes, and the area of protection and discovery of electronic documents and records in complex litigation.
