Lawson Lundell Names New Partners

Lawson Lundell LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Lisa Chamzuk, Randall Chatwin, Christine Kowbel and Justin Young into the partnership on January 1, 2012.

Lisa Chamzuk practices exclusively in the area of pension and employee benefits, representing boards of trustees and corporate plan sponsors in both the public and private sector and in a wide variety of industries.  

Randall Chatwin practices corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on corporate finance and securities and mergers and acquisitions. He works with public and private sector clients in a wide range of industries including, natural resources, technology, manufacturing and financial services.

Christine Kowbel practices environmental and aboriginal law, advising clients on various environmental and First Nations issues that arise in the commercial transactions, regulatory and litigation contexts.

Justin Young practices corporate and securities law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance (both public and private). He regularly advises public and private companies on a wide range of legal compliance and corporate governance matters.
