Lawson Lundell LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Lisa Chamzuk, Randall Chatwin, Christine Kowbel and Justin Young into the partnership on January 1, 2012.
Lisa Chamzuk practices in the area of pension and employee benefits, representing boards of trustees and corporate plan sponsors. Lisa advises clients in respect of governing legislation including pension standards, income tax and privacy legislation, assists her clients work with regulatory authorities and provides her clients with advice when they are establishing, changing and terminating benefit arrangements.
Randall Chatwin practices corporate and securities law, representing issuers and investment banks in a variety of transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. In addition, he advises companies in connection with mergers, plans of arrangement, asset acquisitions and divestitures, as well as continuous disclosure and other regulatory requirements.
Christine Kowbel practices environmental and aboriginal law, providing advice in respect of major project development, environmental assessment, permitting, operational matters and acquisition and sale of industrial projects. Her clients include mining, energy, and other natural resource sector companies, as well as banking institutions and real estate developers.
Justin Young practices corporate and securities law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions (both public and private) across a broad range of industries, including as part of Lawson Lundell's private equity and venture capital practice.
